  Somewhat consistent food quality. Creative and wide variety on menu, however it is a select taste that may not accommodate all pallets. Service is o.k. and cleanliness should be given a rating of 2/3 out of 10. Silverware is usually dirty. No hot water for tea available, extremely large portions with little size variants. Hard to be accommodated for additional needs.
